With various options that we can specially tailor the fundraiser to meet and exceed your expectation in terms of food quality, effort, fun and amount raised.
1) Does your school run any events that involve all the kids and parents - like spring carnivals?
We can setup and send a fleet of food trucks to feed everyone coming and donate a portion of the proceeds back to the school as the fundraiser. Most schools have averaged around $200.00 to $900.00 back as a donation depending on the size of the school and attendance.
No min sales requirements to meet if we have control of all the food and beverages sold. (The school is allowed to sell stuff that is pre agreed upon.)
2) Special food truck lunch day.
We can arrange to have a fleet of food trucks come and do a special lunch day for the kids. Preset menu, fast and efficient and guaranteed every kid will get their food order and time to eat it before lunch is over.
3) Do the students like Mini Donut ?
We can set up and have a Mini Donut day after school for both presales and onsite orders, fresh made onsite.
For the Mini Donut Fundraiser
For the first time doing this for a school as a fundraiser we have taken on the risk and waived the min sales guarantee as long as the school does their part and sends out info to parents in news letters and ect and have some posters at the school to remind the parents of the fundraiser and day.
So the presale price will be done thru the school and the school will be responsible to collect the money and either arrange a voucher system to students OR provide a list of presales arranged by grade and students name.
Tin lizzy will send out our food truck and aim to come park shortly before or after break around 2:15 and be ready to fulfil all the preorders AND on site orders as they come after school. (Or anytime just need about 1.5 hrs prior to service)
No need to separate, just one orderly fashioned line does good. The cost will be the same to the school at 5.00 per bag, and school will sell them presell at 6.00 and Tin Lizzy will sell them onsite for 7.00
So the school will make 1.00 a bag for presales and 2.00 a bag for onsite sales.
The smallest school we did was; In Coquitlam, about 200 kids And we managed to raise $600.00 for the school.
